REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. General Overview
At Excellent Finserv Private Limited, we strive to provide a seamless digital financial experience. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be processed for transactions made on our mobile application and website.
By using our services, you agree to the terms laid out in this policy. Please read it carefully before making any transactions.
2. Subscription & Membership Fees
To access premium features, referral networks, and priority services, users may be required to pay a one-time subscription or membership fee.
- Strictly Non-Refundable: All subscription and membership fees paid to Excellent Finserv are absolutely non-refundable once the service or account has been activated on the user's dashboard.
- No Cancellation: Once you opt into the network or business program, the membership cannot be canceled for a refund under any circumstances.
3. Mobile Recharges & Utility Bill Payments
We process mobile recharges, DTH, and utility bill payments through third-party banking aggregators (e.g., BBPS).
- Successful Transactions: Any recharge or bill payment that is successfully processed and delivered to the respective operator/biller is final and non-refundable.
- User Errors: We are not responsible for any transactions made to an incorrect mobile number, DTH account ID, or utility consumer number. No refunds will be issued for user data entry mistakes.
- Failed Transactions: If your bank account or wallet is deducted, but the recharge/payment fails due to technical server issues, the amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment source within 3 to 7 working days, subject to bank processing times.
4. Digital Wallet Add-Money
- Successful Additions: Once funds are successfully loaded into your Excellent Finserv Digital Wallet, they cannot be refunded back to your bank account directly as a "reversal." These funds must be utilized for services within the App or withdrawn strictly according to our payout/withdrawal guidelines and applicable KYC limits.
- Failed Additions: If money is debited from your bank account but fails to reflect in your App Wallet, the standard banking refund cycle of 3 to 7 working days will apply.
5. Digital Gold Investments
- No Reversals: Due to the live and fluctuating nature of gold market prices, the purchase of Digital Gold is executed in real-time. Once a Digital Gold purchase is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, reversed, or refunded.
- Liquidation: If you wish to convert your Digital Gold back to fiat currency, you must use the "Sell Gold" feature available in the App, subject to the live selling rate and applicable spread/taxes at that specific time.
6. Dispute Resolution and Support
If you believe a transaction was processed incorrectly or wish to report a failed transaction, you must raise a support ticket within 48 hours of the transaction time.
- Please provide your Transaction ID, User ID, and relevant bank SMS/statements to help us resolve the issue swiftly.
- Excellent Finserv reserves the right to investigate the transaction with our payment gateway and banking partners before issuing any manual refunds.
